Shotcrete/Spray concrete is a construction method that uses a pressure spray gun to spray and pour fine stone concrete. It is often used to pour tunnel linings, walls, ceilings and other thin-walled structures or other structural linings as well as protective layers for steel structures. Shotcrete is formed by loading pre-mixed cement, sand, gravel, water and a certain amount of admixtures into a sprayer, using high-pressure air to send it to the nozzle and mix it with an accelerator, and then spraying it at a high speed onto the surface of rock or concrete.
